iSystems, Inc. Launches New TQT Webinars

Montreal, Quebec (March 29, 2006) - iSystems, Inc. is pleased to announce the TQT Webinar, a new training tool designed to help TQT clients build the necessary skills to better understand TQT's functionality and to learn more of TQT's capabilities.

The Webinars are real-time online training sessions on a particular topic relating to the use of TQT. Participants will observe via a screen-sharing session directly from their Internet browser. In addition, participants will be able to interact with the Webinar Host and a small group of peers who will be participating in the Webinar via a live telephone conference.

Each Webinar will cover a different function within TQT. The Webinars will generally last approximately 90 minutes and will include a question and answer period at the end.

For technical reasons, and to allow each participant to gain as much as possible from the Webinar session, the number of users who can attend a Webinar will be limited. However, if necessary, a Webinar topic will be repeated to allow everyone who has expressed interest to take part.

In order to attend a Webinar there are certain technical requirements that must be met. These include:

  • High-speed Internet access.
  • Access to a telephone.
  • Registering a minimum of 1 hour in advance of the starting time.
  • Having the latest java update for your browser (www.java.com).

Furthermore, in order to participate in a Webinar, participants must meet the prerequisites listed for that session. Some of these might include:

  • Familiarity with elements of TQT (varies according to Webinar).
  • Read TQT documentation (varies according to Webinar).

After the Webinar, participants will be encouraged to fill out a TQT Webinar survey. This will help us improve future Webinars.

The first TQT Webinar will cover the "Invoice as..." function in TQT, and is scheduled for Friday April 7th, 2006 at 2pm Eastern (1pm Central, 12pm Mountain, 11am Pacific). The prerequisites for this Webinar session include: familiarity with the Process List, as well as basic understanding of cluster building.

For more information about TQT Webinars, please visit the TQT Webinar webpage. You will be prompted for your username and password; these are the same that you normally use to access the TQT Support webpage.

TQT Webinars are complimentary, but space is limited. Register to reserve a spot today.
