iSystems, Inc. and International Sign Association Sponsor Education Series on Lean Manufacturing

Montreal, Quebec and Alexandria, Virginia (March 9, 2006) - iSystems, Inc. and the International Sign Association (ISA) announce that iSystems will sponsor the "On-the-Road" Continuing Education Series for ISA members. This series will focus on Lean Manufacturing processes. The two-day seminars, "Make Your Company Lean to Gain a Competitive Edge" and "Value Stream Mapping - Finding Waste" will be led by Mr. Jim McKechnie, President of James R. McKechnie & Associates, a leading expert in the field of Lean Manufacturing.

Each two-day program will give attendees an overview of the Lean business model. There will be a four-phase simulation of how the lean process can be applied in custom manufacturing environments. "Business and manufacturing are fraught with waste", states Mr. McKechnie. In the seminars, he revisits successful manufacturing models created by Henry Ford and manufacturing simplification methods developed by Toyota Motor Corporation.

The series of programs will be held in early May. "Make Your Company Lean to Gain a Competitive Edge" and "Value Stream Mapping - Finding Waste" will be held in Dallas, Texas (May 5 & 6) and in Greenville, South Carolina (May 11 & 12). Participation will be limited, so register early by contacting education@signs.org or ISA's Education and Professional Development Manager, Ms. Kay Haskins at (703) 836-6068.
