Minneapolis, Minnesota - November 15, 2002
iSystems, Inc. has added Quantum Management Systems and Christ's Household of Faith (CHOF) as defendants to it's copyright infringment complaint filed in July 2002. The original defendant, Softwares, LLC of Saint Paul, remain a defendant in this suit. The suit charges include: breach of contract, copyright infringement, breach of implied covenant, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, and violation of the consumer fraud act.
Quantum was added when it was discovered that it was selling and promoting a product known as Quantum MIS. iSystems claims that Quantum MIS is a direct copy of it's product, tqtracker, and that Quantum MIS violates it's copyright. Quantum, LCC and Softwares, LCC share the same board of directors, the same employees and the same offices.
Christ's Household of Faith is the parent company of both Softwares, LCC and Quantum Management Systems, LCC. Most of Quantum Management Systems' and Software's employees are members of Christ's Household of Faith church in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
