Sales people can quickly and efficiently build detailed quotes in the TQT Quotes view. Item, description, price, and cost information is easily entered with a single mouse click. Quotes can be converted instantly into an elegant letter or email with your personalized format.
TQT Administrators can adjust pricing and set client specific discounts and single item discounts. TQT sales people can also adjust prices within parameters set by the Admin. If discounts go beyond these set parameters, the a TQT Intelligent Agent called the Price Change Alert Agent informs the appropriate Manager. Depending upon shop policy, cost information can also be seen by Sales users.
When the client approves the Quote, it can immediately be converted to an order with the click of a button.
